Former consultant,
Current tinkerer.
I spent six years at McKinsey advising large companies on strategy, then joined a startup building software for private equity—took it from pre-revenue through Series A. Somewhere along the way I started making things for fun and couldn't stop.
Now I build things I want to exist. economist-tui because I wanted to read The Economist without the website. ownership-chart because I'd seen too many PE holding structures drawn badly in PowerPoint. The Pi extensions because I live in my terminal and wanted it to be better.
Most of my work now sits at the intersection of AI coding agents and developer experience. I think we're early in figuring out how humans and agents should collaborate, and I'm interested in building the infrastructure for that.
Outside of code
Tennis. Sailing—I did the RORC Transatlantic once, which was either the best or worst decision depending on which watch you caught me during. Reading, though increasingly in my terminal.

This site is built with Next.js and deployed on Vercel. The serif is Playfair Display; the sans is IBM Plex. Most of it was written by Claude using the Pi coding agent.
